Dieses Jahr war ich zum Valentinstag ausnahmsweise mal voll im Kitschmodus – Toast mit ausgeschnittenen Herzen (die mit Rührei gefüllt waren), Blumen für mich von meinem wunderbaren Mann und abends ein leckeres kleines Sushimenü bei unserem Lieblingslokal hier in Hamburg (Sushi Lô). Und obwohl das ja so ein “Rosarote Brille”-Tag ist, hab’ ich mich für ein “All Black”-Outfit entschieden. Aber mit Farbakzent, nämlich meiner wundervollen Hochzeitsclutch (passt an so einem romantischen Tag und Abend natürlich am besten!), die mich auch für mein Make-up inspiriert hat (faszinierend, dass ich wirklich einen Lidschatten im exakt gleichen Farbton habe, oder?).

This year on Valentine’s Day, I was in full kitsch mode – toast with heart-shaped cut-outs (filled with scrambled eggs), flowers for me from my lovely husband and a cute little sushi menu at our favorite restaurant here in Hamburg. And even though Valentine’s Day is a pretty girly day (lots of pink and red included), I went for an “all black” look. But of course with one color spot, my wonderful wedding clutch (perfect on this day!), which inspired me to my make-up (isn’t it fascinating that I even got an eye shadow in the exact same color?).
