DENeues Jahr – neue Outfits.

New year – new outfits. But I have to admit that this one is actually from last year. There’s some really bad weather out there and the fact that we can only shoot on the weekends doesn’t make it easier because it’s hard to use those spontaneous short moments of sunshine. That’s why we haven’t managed to photograph any new outfits yet. But don’t worry, there’s going to be another outfit after this one very soon and we’re working hard on finding some dry and not-so-windy locations so that I don’t have to stay inside, looking out of the window like “Grumpy Cat” herself. ;)
Good news – my very pink look brings us not only color but also happiness! ;) Bad news – the coat isn’t available anymore (but I already told navabi to bring it back!) – but I’ll put some pink coats on my shopping list below. This was one of my Christmas holidays outfits and it was very cozy and comfortable, especially thanks to this cashmere sweater! I combined it with my boyfriend jeans for a more casual look and added more pink with my earrings and a very bright lipstick. I even tried adding more pink with my “Miss Dior” bag, but let’s say: sometimes, less is more. ;)

This outfit is part of my → latest “Style Council” article for navabi, in which I’m talking about my 4 must-haves for 2015. You can get a preview of my second outfit (for which the bag was just perfect!), which I’ll show you here very soon.

Here we are – I’m sorry for the lack of posts because of my stay at home around my birthday (thanks for all your lovely birthday wishes!!), but I’m finally back with some new outfits and a new haircut. Since everybody has been asking a lot if I’m letting my hair grow: yes! I just need some kind of change for some time, but of course I’ll always come back to short hair in the end. It’s just that a little change never hurts and I kind of feel like going for a bit longer hair again – and blonde! I really wanna be blonde again, like → here or → here. As you can see, I’m already a tiny bit blonder and my baby pony tail is gone because that was mostly neck hair growing out and I really needed a fresh cut. Now, my hair is ready to grow coordinately and will hopefully be good for my next appointment at my hair magician – we’ve got some things in mind… :)

About my look: as you can see, this is a totally casual look and it’s a style I’m wearing super often because I first fell in love with the bomber jacket and then with the whole look. You know I’m always kind of a overdressed glam girl, but this is what I love to wear for running errands or simply casual dates with my friends. And still, it has that kind of special touch because of the glitter details on the satin jacket, the transparent sweater and the ripped jeans (yay – more jeans!). ;)

Dress: Beth Ditto “Lola”
Platform Sandals: Gucci
Earrings: Chanel
Bracelet: Hermès

THE dress. When I saw Beth Ditto’s collection, I couldn’t decide whether to take the → jumpsuit or this dress. Fortunately, I got the chance to get one of them as a gift from Beth, so I could take both, and bought the jumpsuit first in Berlin while already waiting for the “Lola” dress to arrive. :) Confusing, huh? Well, end of story: I’m more than happy with the jumpsuit AND the dress which you can see today. ;)

This dress is the most amazing booty-hugging dress ever. It creates a stunning silhouette, a perfectly curvy body, an edgy and sophisticated look, and it made me feel absolutely sexy when I wore it. Of course, you shouldn’t be afraid to show your body, to show your belly and especially to show your backside. ;) Because this dress accentuates it even more. ;)

I went for a very minimalistic and dark look (still so much in love with this lipstick, it’s one of my absolute favorites!), somehow a bit futuristic and femme fatale-like. I truly adore this outfit!
