• Marina Rinaldi “Marina Rinaldi” (Eau de Parfum) •

In the beginning of November, Marina Rinaldi – definitely one of my favorite brands for classy plus-size fashion – released their first fragrance. I was offered a personalized flacon of the perfume, with my name on it – and you guys know how much I love everything with my name on it (just remember my → summer hat!). ;)

I think it’s always kind of interesting when clothing brands (without a beauty line) or celebrities launch their own fragrance. Especially celebs have mostly disappointed me by creating horribly sweet and extremely heavy scents I just can’t stand because I get a bad headache. But there were a few brand perfumes which actually surprised me because it’s simply something new, something you don’t really expect from them – and there has to be a great perfumer behind the whole thing. ;)

To be honest, I don’t know everything about the story of this fragrance, but the information I received was enough to make me curious. :) So when I picked up my bottle at the Marina Rinaldi store in Hamburg, I was happy to already get the first smell of it – and I was absolutely delighted!

• Yves Saint Laurent “Mon Paris” (Eau de Parfum) •

I grew up with my mother always wearing “Paris” by Yves Saint Laurent – a true classic and a very feminine (and since I was little when I kept smelling it) and mature fragrance. → “Mon Paris” seemed to be a younger and wilder “version” of it (I don’t really know if it is related to the original “Paris”, so that’s my own thought), the official description sounds euphoric and adventurous, sensual and like a love declaration – and this whole mixture made me very interested. Today, I want to share my review of this amazing perfume with you.

The latest palette from Urban Decay, the → “XX Vice LTD Reloaded”, has quickly become a favorite in my collection. Unlike in my → last palette review (the one of Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani), which included mostly natural colors, this is a very colorful palette and perfect for special looks. I’ve already done a few make-ups with it (unfortunately, we didn’t shoot all of them) and all I can say is: I love it and I’m convinced that it is a palette for everyone who loves colors, and everybody should find some favorites in it. If you love UD and their creations, this palette shouldn’t be missing in your collection! :)
