I’m showing you this outfit from January a little bit late as this was my outfit at the fair in Berlin – and that’s what → my latest Style Council article is about. :) When I recreated this outfit for the shooting at home (unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time for pictures in Berlin), I replaced the boots (because I think that these Vic Matié beauties look much better with the rest). :) At the fair, I was wearing my biker boots by Zara, which are definitely much more comfortable (and about 10 hours without sitting require that, right?). :)

The rest is exactly what I wore back then, as well as my hair and the make-up – everything’s identical. :) And this is definitely one of my favorite looks (I adore this sweater and combined with some color splashes in red with the bag and the lipstick, it’s a great black-and-white look!).

:) ENAt the beginning of the week, I finally was in Bamberg again – not for the best reason (customs declared my blouse as something really dangerous – aha!), but I love the city and of course used my time to take a walk – and, after a loooong time, to relieve the Austrian restaurant “Ö drei” of a “Wiener Schnitzel” again (there’s no better one in this region – if not in all of Germany, I promise!). :) For this little trip, I wore some comfy shoes and I wanted to prove to you that I really wear my Air Max – and that you can style them even in a little less sporty, but still casual way. And I have to thank Nokia and Grayling again for this great bag. This transparent satchel had a rather minimalistic appearance that day as I just put all my stuff into a black clutch and put it into the big satchel, but I’m sure that I can definitely do cooler styles with it! :) Continue reading →

I love this coat – I could probably talk endlessly about how much I adore this thing, but I’m gonna spare you. :) Coats are my special addiction (I enter a clothing store and the first thing I am looking for is coats) and this one made my heart beat faster when I saw the preview 3 months ago. So now I am even happier to finally wear it. It’s a total gem, fits perfectly and the houndstooth check is definitely an eye-catcher (luckily, this pattern is back in vogue – who knows if the coat would exist if it weren’t?). The only thing I am still thinking about is the sleeves – do I want to wear them rolled up or will I have them taken up (we’ll see!)…
The lace blouse is a long-term project by my mom. She bought the fabric in Brazil last summer, but since she was planning to finish other pieces first, it took her some time to complete this blouse. But in exchange for the long wait it came out perfectly! At the moment I am only wearing a nude strapless bra under it because I just can’t find a top in a matching color (the red shade doesn’t look very special in the pictures, but believe me, it’s a very special tone!). I actually think that this combination is very cool, though. Especially with the pants, which are a bit high-waisted (I’m sure this is a matter of taste, as always). :)

Plätzchen backen steht dann nächste Woche an! :)

EN

Time flies – today already is the first day of December! :) I wish you all a wonderful first Advent Sunday! Let’s start the last month of the year with a wintery outfit!

You will probably remember this dress. I → wore it in summer for one of my favorite shootings. Now I wanted to style it in a wintery way, and it actually wasn’t that difficult because I think that it fits perfectly into the cold season. In order not to be cold, I combined the dress with thick tights, my warmest coat and velvet gloves that belonged to my grandma. :)

Now, I will wrap myself up in some warm clothes and a blanket, light a candle (at the moment I am using “Beach Flowers” by Yankee Candle – I really need a Christmassy one, can you recommend one?) and spend a relaxed and cuddly evening watching TV with my boyfriend. Baking Christmas cookies is scheduled for next week! :)
