EN

I’m back from London and allowed myself a little break from blogging – on the one hand because I actually was a little tired after traveling a lot in February (yeah, I’m a wimp – I’m not used to this!), and on the other hand because I had some extra tasks to complete. There’s (not only) my closet that has to be cleaned out – and I’m still in the middle of it. And Sunday was my birthday, which I celebrated with my friends playing Laser Tag. Nuremberg has an “Action Park” since January, where you can tire yourself out on two huge playing fields. We had so much fun!

Of course, London inspired me a lot. The city is so stylish and definitely ahead of Germany in terms of fashion, especially “Plus Size”. I had the chance to visit the British Plus Size Fashion Weekend and find this out by myself. But I will tell you more about my five-day trip later. :)

You probably noticed my beanie (if you can take your eyes off the dress, haha!) – it’s also directly from London, where I met a girl wearing the same “Veiled Beanie”. She kindly told me where to get one and so I went to Bernstock Speirs on Monday, where I got my own customized (the veil had to be blue!) beanie, made right before my very eyes. The small store is definitely a paradise for lovers of fancy hats (I love the caps with bunny ears!) and I’ll come back the next time I am in London! :)
I also have to say something about the dress, as this is not typical of me – actually, I’m not a big fan of prints! But when I saw the dress while rummaging through ASOS (and of course, it was sold out first), I had to put it on my wish list. Fortunately, it went back in stock and I ordered it immediately – and I love it! :)
