ENI’m very happy to announce that I’m Palmolive’s blogger testimonial for their new → “Feel Glamorous” shower gel – that’s why today I want to share some of my little secrets for a glamorous feeling and introduce you to the new shower gel.

Maybe, some might think that it doesn’t really belong here, especially because I usually write about luxury cosmetics. For me, shower gel is something like make-up remover: you need it on a daily basis and in the end it’s a consumer and disposable product. Still, it has to be of good quality, be nice to your skin and make you feel good – but it’s definitely a product that doesn’t have to be extremely expensive. My favorite shower gel was discontinued about two years ago and since then I’ve been switching shower gels every time a new bottle was empty. I kind of feel like I could stick to this one, as it’s not only a shower gel but also contains very fine peeling grains, which brings a nice feeling and at the same time glamour to your daily shower time. :)

EN

It’s been a long time since I last wrote about my hair routine. Today, I want to update you on how I care for and style my hair. Some things have changed, some haven’t.

One important thing to mention is that my scalp is still bitchy – when I use shampoo containing cocamidopropyl betaine (and that’s an ingredient in many cheap products) it reacts with the so-called seborrhoeic eczema. That’s why I try to avoid shampoos with that ingredient (it’s not that easy, though – even at the hairdresser’s they use shampoo with CB).
On the whole, I swear by two brands that are perfect for my hair – Kérastase (I’ve already been using the products for a long time) and Shu Uemura. But I don’t restrict myself to these two brands, I also love products by L’Oréal Professionnel.

I won’t show you all products (that’s not even possible!) – I keep receiving a lot of novelties which I love to try, of course not by mixing everything but with a neat plan. And that’s actually what works best for me: not restricting myself to one thing alone!
