ENAnother important piece on my wish list (besides the jumpsuit from my last post) was this kaftan-inspired dress. It has the most beautiful print, is very light (so even though it’s long-sleeved, it’s great for summer!) and perfect for any occasion, so whether you’re going to the beach or just out for a little shopping stroll through the city – with this dress, you’re good to go! ;)


This time, I went for high heels – always better with maxi dresses when you’re as short as me, but this dress also works with flats or barefoot in the sand. ;)

DENoch ein ganz wichtiges Teil auf meiner Wunschliste (neben dem Jumpsuit aus dem letzten Post) war dieses kaftan-inspirierte Kleid. Es hat den weltschönsten Print, ist sehr leicht (also trotz der langen Ärmel auch super für den Sommer!) und perfekt für jeden Anlass, also egal ob man an den Strand geht oder eine kleine Shoppingtour durch die Stadt macht – mit diesem Stück ist man bestens gekleidet! ;)

Dieses Mal hab’ ich mich für High Heels entschieden – die sind bei Maxikleidern als kleiner Mensch wie ich immer die bessere Wahl, aber das Kleid kann man auch super mit flachen Sandalen oder natürlich gleich barfuß im Sand tragen. ;)

DEIhr erinnert euch bestimmt an → letzten Sommer, als ich euch von meiner Liebe zu afrikanischen Prints erzählt habe – zusammen mit diesem Rock (und → einem Kleid). Heute gibt’s ein neues Styling damit und direkt eine zweite große Liebe: den Turban. Seit ein paar Wochen probiere ich immer mehr mit den Tüchern auf meinem Kopf aus und liebe es wirklich sehr, ihr werdet also noch einige Varianten von “Head Wraps” zu sehen bekommen. Dieses Mal ist es eigentlich ein Loop-Schal, bei dem ich es glücklicherweise irgendwie hinbekommen habe, da Ding so zu knoten und festzustecken, dass er wirklich so gehalten hat. Sonst sollte man aber wohl wirklich lieber zu Tüchern (am besten quadratische) greifen. Ich bin kein Tutorial-Talent, daher verweise euch für Anleitungen an YouTube. ;) Sollte ich es aber mal irgendwie hinbekommen, ein ordentliches Video zu drehen, werde ich es natürlich posten – versprochen!

ENYou probably remember → last summer when I told you that I’m in love with African prints – wearing this skirt (and a → dress). Today, I’ve got a new styling with it for you, and a new love: the turban. For some weeks, I’ve been trying out new styles with scarves on my head and I’m really obsessed with them, so you’re definitely going to see more head wraps up here. :) This time, I managed to wrap, knot and pin a loop scarf around my head. Don’t ask me how! Normally, you should use simple scarves (preferably square ones). I’m not good at tutorials, so I refer you to YouTube (there are many tutorials for different styles!), but whenever I do my own tutorial, I’ll post it – promise!

DESchönes Sonntagswetter muss man nutzen – also war mal wieder Shooten angesagt. ;) Nachdem ich erst neulich auf Instagram meinen → Look mit dem Beanie ausgepackt hatte, wollte ich ihn nochmal neu stylen. Die Blau-Schwarz-Kombi macht es einem nicht ganz so leicht, also bin ich bei genau den Farben geblieben.
Der Jumpsuit aus der 2009er Jimmy Choo x H&M Kollektion ist eins meiner absoluten Lieblingskleidungsstücke. Ich war damals echt froh, ihn im SALE für schlappe 20,- € (!!!) bekommen zu haben, denn er ist einfach grandios. Klar – super ausgeschnitten und somit nicht sehr “dezent”, aber für den richtigen Anlass (ich hab’ ihn schon auf Events getragen) oder mal einfach etwas andere Blogfotos ist er ziemlich cool.
Blauen Cardi drüber, blaue Accessoires dazu (ich liebe ja die Uhr!), blaue Smokey-Eyes und fertig. :)

ENAs the weather was great on Sunday, we used the opportunity to take some pictures. ;) Some days ago, I showed you my last outfit with the beanie and wanted to do another look with it. The black and blue combination is not easy to combine otherwise, so I stayed with these colors.
This jumpsuit from H&M’s collaboration with Jimmy Choo back in 2009 is one of my absolute favorite pieces ever. I was so happy and lucky to get it in the SALE for only 20,- € (!!!) and it is just perfect. Of course, it’s pretty low-cut, which makes it not that “subtle”, but it’s great for special occasions (I’ve already worn it at some events) or some special blog photos. ;)
Put on a blue cardi, blue accessories (I love this watch), blue smokey eyes and you’re good to go. :)

DEEinen ersten herbstlichen Look zeige ich euch heute schon mal, hier mit meinem liebsten Strickjäckchen in grau, bei meinem neuesten → navabi Style Council Artikel mit einer schwarzen Lederjacke, zusammen mit meinen Herbstfavoriten. :)

Der Jumpsuit in schwarz-weiß mit weiten Beinen und dem (ich hab’ es erst auf den zweiten Blick erkannt) Giraffenprint hat es mir schon länger angetan, aber als ich ihn endlich in der Hand hatte, war es schon zu kalt, um ihn einfach so zu tragen. Jetzt ist die Sonne natürlich wieder zurück, aber ich hab’ das Ganze einfach mal etwas herbstlicher kombiniert – und somit den Beweis, das man auch die liebsten Sommerklamotten im Herbst noch tragen kann. ;)
Eigentlich mag ich den Jumpsuit wirklich sehr, in echt sieht er auch wirklich toll aus – auf den Fotos trägt er leider ziemlich auf. Schade drum, aber manchmal ist es eben so, dass Fotos was anderes zeigen als das, was wirklich da ist. ;)

Insgesamt ist das ein recht dunkler Look, da ich mal wieder Lust auf Smokey Eyes hatte und mit leichter Undone-Frisur, die einfach ein bisschen wilder aussehen sollte als sonst (meine Helfer: “Texture Wave” von Shu Uemura, “Dry Wash” und “Stay Strong” von Paul Mitchell).

ENToday I want to show you a first fall look, wearing my favorite fuzzy gray cardigan – you can find a different styling in my new → Style Council article for navabi, for which I combined the jumpsuit with a black leather jacket, and my other fall favorites. :)

I already fell in love with this black-and-white wide-legged jumpsuit with giraffe print some time ago, but when I had the chance to take some pictures, the weather was already too bad to wear it without a jacket – so that’s my proof that you can still wear your favorite summer clothes when it’s colder. ;)
I actually really like the jumpsuit and it looks great – but in the pictures it unfortunately makes me look pretty heavy. That’s too bad, but sometimes photos show something else than reality. ;)

Overall, this is a pretty dark look as I wanted to wear some smokey eyes and kind of an undone hairdo which I wanted to look a little bit wilder than usual (my little helpers: Shu Uemura’s “Texture Wave”, Paul Mitchell’s “Dry Wash” and “Stay Strong”).
