Let’s stick to the pants and show you a new denim style! :) After being more than happy with sheego’s biker look jeans, they sent me their very basic skinny jeans in denim blue and also in a very light blue (definitely a challenge since I’ve never had such a color in my closet!). These pants are just perfect and super stretchy, probably the comfiest jeans I’ve ever had (just like the biker jeans) – and the length is absolutely fine since this is a petite length. ;)

I found this ruffled sweater and the mules during my latest H&M online stroll – sad to say that more than 3/4 had to go back because their clothes are really poorly cut, and even though I mostly wear a size 44 (except for pants, I’m more of a 48/50 due to my huge hips and butt), there were a few pieces which definitely were more of a 40. But I found a handful of nice clothes which you’ll see in some of my next posts. ;)

…and a bit before, just because it’s funny to see me, right? ;)

Since I’m at my hair God today (let’s see what happens – I was thinking about trying the “Holographic Hair” trend but I’m not 100% sure yet), I thought it could be interesting to have a look back at my hairstyles through the years of blogging. I guess I already had a few different cuts and colors and it might be something nice to see. Even though I really love to experiment a lot, I think the short hair is the style that fits me most and with which I feel most like myself. Of course it’s weird to say that, since I’m currently rockin’ a bit longer hair and looking forward to letting it grow through summer just because I want to have something else going on on my head, but the short hair is “me” and I’ll definitely come back to it again. Always.

And yet another piece I’ve styled differently – you know the stripy piece as a dress and some loved it, others hated it (especially on social media), but I must say: I absolutely adore it. And as you can see, you can also wear it as a kind of blouse jacket.

I wanted to throw in a casual look again – for that, I went for my super basic black jumpsuit (which is dead now cause it’s pretty ripped between my legs, but you can’t see it because I’m wearing black Spanx underneath – but I’ll need a new one now…) and the Superga flatforms I got last year. This look is easily styled and just as easy and comfy to wear. Since the dress is made of silk, it’s a perfect piece for summer, despite the long sleeves, because the fabric is so wonderfully lightweight. I truly love silk, even though it crumples pretty bad.

Something I really like to do is re-style my clothes. I know it’s always more interesting to see new stuff and that’s what fashion bloggers are all about – always showing the latest trends. But I think we should also be role models when it comes to “sustainable clothing”. There’s nothing wrong about wearing something twice or even more often. And it’s fun to challenge your creativity by giving “old” pieces a new look.

It’s been some time since I showed you this dress on the blog (shame on me!), but at least I’m giving you a completely new take on this piece today. And it’s easy to recreate with any dress you already have at home. Just wear a blouse underneath. Nothing new and not a big deal, but it changes the whole look, plus: it’s definitely something you can wear at work. ;)
