Here’s my second look from the Marina Rinaldi x Stella Jean collection. I promised you an outfit that’s a bit more simple before I show you the last one, which is very (very!!!) colorful. :) The skirt’s print is definitely one of my favorites of the collection and it is also available as a coat. It was hard to choose because you know how much I love coats, but I went for the skirt and decided to show a bold look which I think works for many occasions, even though red is a very bright color. ;)

Little P.S.: excuse my annoyed face in some of the pictures. It was horribly windy that day but I was ready for the shoot and wanted to finish it. The wind tried really hard to stop me by ruining my hair, the amazing cut of the skirt (and how it falls) and my mood, but I didn’t want to let it win… Well, I persisted but it was absolutely impossible to make a video. Sorry ’bout that!

From → cozy and casual directly to → the first LBD of the year – and yet another kind of business look, I guess. It’s probably because of the glasses, but whenever I take pictures with them, I feel like I’m ready to be a super important secretary. ;) I’m pretty sure that by adding more office-appropriate shoes (thinking about not-that-high, maybe suede or at least not patent leather pumps) and a blazer (maybe even a colorful one if you want to go for black with a twist), this is definitely a dress that can be worn to work. Even though it’s amazing as a classic LBD and also pretty versatile – it can look more playful thanks to the polka dots, but also very chic and classy if you add a belt, some fancy heels and maybe drop the glasses (I’m always a contact lens girl when it comes to special occasions). ;)

The dress is an amazing “new in” from Scarlett & Jo and also → available in black and white (black skirt, upper part is white), even though I must say that I absolutely prefer the all-black version. ;) Can’t go wrong with an LBD, right? ;) Here, I’m wearing my usual UK 16 again because of the bodycon fit and I’m happy to say that it fits perfectly as always. ;)

P.S.: The → S&J SALE is ending these days and if you want to get one of the amazing pieces you should hurry. There’s one of my favorites, for example, the → “Tall Wrap Dress” which you know from → this post! ;)

So here we are again – the last look of 2016! Of course, the outfit for New Year’s Eve has to be a super sparkling one – so it’s either my → glitter all over look or this one, which is kind of the same because the dress is made of the same fabric as the shirt, but of course it’s totally different. ;)

For my New Year’s Eve look I’m wearing a → wonderful dress from Scarlett & Jo and I love it so much because of the colors: navy blue and rosé gold glitter! What a great combo! It’s just not that easy to see in the pictures (especially because the light outside has been horribly bad for taking pictures…). If you’re not that much of an experimental girl, you can also go for the classic options black & silver (like my shirt) or “Black Sky” (black with blue glitter). Every color is amazing! And it’s on sale! ;) I’m wearing my usual UK size 16.

I actually wanted to go for beige heels but decided that black would be a better idea so I could add a clutch. My accessory choice is pretty basic, but that’s why I went for matching rosé gold earrings and a dramatic make-up plus some kind of vintage hairdo (it’s not easy to style my hair at the moment since this is a bad interim hairstyle, but let’s just wait and see what happens next…).

Well, this is my last post for 2016 and I wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR! See you in 2017 in a few days! :)

As promised, here comes my look for the Plus Size Fashion Days 2016 opening party! It was a motto party and the dress code of the evening was “Black & Gold and All That Glitters” – I took it all very seriously and already prepared my outfit months before. You know I love being overdressed, and when there’s a party, you can do so many things. I’m so happy that I saw lots of wonderfully dressed women (and men!) that night!

Back in January at the photo shoot with Scarlett & Jo in London, I saw → the golden Couture dress for the first time when Ana wore it – and I fell in love. I had to wait a bit until it was finally available online, and as soon as I knew the dress code, I told my friends there that this was the dress I wanted to wear for the party. And I also asked them for a little goody for my husband – a matching bow tie made of the same fabric as my dress. And I’m so thankful that they made it happen! :) These guys are simply amazing and I’m so happy that I’ve been part of their team as their brand ambassador for almost a year now, isn’t this crazy? Time is a little runner, haha! ;)

So, this dress is absolutely stunning and I guess you can’t go wrong with it for the festive season, especially Christmas. To be honest, when I wore it, it reminded me of the → “Nürnberger Christkind” and her lovely costume (maybe because of the sleeves). Don’t know if you all know the “Christkindlesmarkt”, but it’s huge and one of the best-known Christmas markets in the world, so if you don’t know it yet and are coming to Germany, you should have a look! :) But that’s just a fun fact. ;) I’m wearing the dress in a UK size 16, as usual, and as you can see, it fits perfectly. I’d say that if you have more bust, this dress will still work for you, as I had the feeling that there’s enough space left for more. :) The fabric is pretty elastic and has a great touch and feel – it definitely deserves the “Couture” stamp!

For the glam effect, I decided to let the dress speak for itself but add fancy black accessories and do another matchy-matchy thing with the clutch and my lips – it just screamed for black lipstick (well, in my case it’s eye liner). ;) For lots of photos of us party people, have a look at → Wundercurves! :)
