Aaaah, the 70s – I’ve actually never been a great fan of the typical style of the 70s, but since last summer, I’ve started to like a few pieces that fit perfectly into this decade. It’s fun to style yourself in different ways and give everything a chance instead of always saying “no” when it’s not your usual style. So here I am, wearing → this dress from the current Anna Scholz for sheego collection, the second piece of my editorial “trilogy”, and it’s the dress that was most difficult for me to style – just because I’m not used to the cutouts, the paisley print and that whole 70s flair. But (and that’s a huge one): I really love it! I kind of feel like a modern hippie diva and adding my own accessories to the dress was lots of fun. :)

You all know me, I’m always up for a chic look, so after → last time, when I showed you how casual I can be, here’s an elegant version with another lovely dress that’s just perfect for summer. I had to take it one size up for a nicer fit, so I’m wearing a EU46, which I made a bit more formfitted with a small belt that works perfectly with my platform heels. ;) I actually wanted to wear a cognac-colored hat, but unfortunately I don’t own one, so I had to go for black, but I think it’s actually a nice contrast, especially because it’s a straw hat, which makes it not too heavy as the only black piece in this look.

I’ve teamed up again with sheego for another series around the latest and current Anna Scholz for sheego collection. You can already find all pieces online and I’ll show you my three favorites of it on a monthly basis.

Today’s favorite (and my number one of them) is the → maxi dress with a blue and white feather print. Luckily, sheego offers petite lengths for tiny Human McNuggets like me, so I chose the slightly shorter version of the dress to wear the actual length.

I’ve created a casual style, wearing suede fringe espadrilles, but of course this dress also looks great with high heels, especially wedges or platform sandals for a kind of hippie style.
I also added a belt in order to accentuate my waist, and chose a few accessories in black and blue to complete the look. Even though I really adore elegant and sophisticated looks, this is probably one of my favorite casual looks ever, and because the pieces I chose for my editorials are only borrowed for the shootings, I will definitely get this one again so I can wear it more often during spring and summer.
By the way: it’s made of soft and elastic jersey and the fabric isn’t too thin, so it falls very prettily, but it’s still light and loose enough to be worn without sweating when it’s warm outside. ;) That’s one of the features I really love about Anna Scholz dresses.

My last look of the exclusive lookbook I created for the Anna Scholz x sheego collection is all about this black lace dress, a very classic piece. And it’s also one of my inspirational outfits for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. There will be a few more coming so you can get ready for all the upcoming festive occasions. :)

Black is always a great choice for any party and especially lace dresses are absolutely classy and look great on every woman. This dress has a V-neck and transparent short sleeves, a formfitting and curve-hugging cut and the perfect length for formal occasions, that’s why I went for a more elegant style for our editorial. I guess you could wear this for your Christmas party at work! ;)

Instead of wearing obvious black heels, I picked nude platform sandals – they’re a bit more special and the color is great to make your legs look a bit longer (which is great for me, since I’m so small!). I also added silver jewelry and a red clutch that matches my lipstick (but I chose two different reds to make it a little more interesting!).

This dress doesn’t need more details around it, but, for example, you could also wear it with a belt, or add a blazer, wear it with black pumps or in this case with red ones, you could style it more casually with a leather jacket or a denim jacket in summer – since it’s a classic piece and black is extremely versatile, there are so many ways to wear it, you just have to be creative! :)

Of course, there’s also a special blog post available on → sheego’s blog “feel happy!”, where you can find more information about my make-up, including tips on how to create perfect red lips!

My favorite piece of the whole collection is this parka – just because it’s something very different and I like outstanding stuff. ;) And of course because the parka is just gorgeous. The Japanese-inspired embroidery is such a great highlight and makes the casual parka very special.
I still went for a more casual combination, with jeans and a warm sweater, but of course not without some extra sparkle – my sequined sneakers definitely completed the look and made it even more “me”!

I also decided to do a very natural make-up, and today you’ll find some tips on how to do a “no-make-up make-up” on → sheego’s blog “feel happy!”, so don’t forget to have a look!
