It’s been some time! But I’m back with a new outfit. I hope to be able to finally shoot a little more but I hope you can still be a bit patient since I’m still here with only a handful of my clothes. Of course, I brought my all-time favorite with me – the “Modern Love” jumpsuit from Beth Ditto! You’ve already seen it a few times on the blog and I know it’s nothing new but this time it’s a very basic look which I upgraded with a special make-up (Urban Decay’s → “Naked Heat” palette is amazing, you should check it out!).

I wore this look for a ladies’ night out with my mom, the best date one can wish for and we had some delicious sushi. :) I hope you’re all enjoying the last days of summer to the fullest! I’ll try to shoot another #BeachBodyNotSorry look as soon as possible to finish this year’s project. I hope it was enough. :) And I hope that you all spent lots of time out in the sun, showing your bare arms and legs and your happy bellies in bikinis and swimsuits! Soon it’s time to cuddle up in warm clothes again…

Yeah, I’m currently doing a few series, I guess. There’s not only one piece missing in my Marina Rinaldi x Stella Jean trilogy but I also still had this amazing crop top from H&M’s last designer collaboration in my closet waiting for spring – so here we are! :)

Even though we’ve been fighting a lot for plus size acceptance (in fashion), crop tops are still an issue. I totally understand if it’s simply not someone’s taste to show your tummy, but it’s also important to accept if someone wants to wear cropped clothes – and yes, this also includes fat women. Because there’s no such thing as “this is only reserved for skinny girls”. ;)

I liked many pieces of the collection with Kenzo but this print was my favorite, that’s why I bought two pieces with it – this crop top and, as you already know, → this dress. I’ll definitely be wearing the dress again this spring/summer because it’s so light and easy to wear, but this top is also super cool and will be a great addition to any other skirt or jeans. We already had a few warm days here but it’s currently super disgusting outside, rainy and cold, and I really hope that the sun comes back as soon as possible – I can’t take this bad weather anymore!

You already know this look from → my very personal post in collaboration with Dove – if you haven’t read it yet, please do so and you’ll get to know how I get ready plus some stories about blogging. ;)

I wanted to give this outfit an extra post because it’s so cool and already one of my favorites of the year! :) I’m kind of late at the fishnet trend, but at least I didn’t go for the “large fishnet under destroyed jeans” look so I can say that mine is a bit different – I haven’t seen that many colorful fishnet tights or socks under anything, so I’m proud to be showing you something in a bold red. And in order not to look too vulgar (even though I’m wearing a pretty hot catsuit – which I just used as improvised tights – underneath my jumpsuit, haha!), I went for an all-black look around them. Oh, and – of course – a red lace bra for the continuous peek-a-boo red. ;)

You already saw the jumpsuit a few times here on the blog (see below at “style it differently”!) and it’s still my absolute favorite. This time, I pulled up the legs so it looks a bit like a culotte and wore a cardigan over it because of the cold weather and because it simply rounds up the whole look. The (fake) leather details on it make it even more interesting, so this was a great choice. ;)

Well, maybe this is a business look inspiration – maybe not, but it’s definitely something I’d like to wear in an office. Not in mine, though, because at home in front of my computer, I mostly wear my pajamas, haha! ;) That’s why I don’t post so many business looks… ;)

The whole outfit was actually planned in a completely different way – I was supposed to try on the blouse with some short dungarees and my leather jacket. But since the dungarees were sold out, I had another idea up my sleeve – pencil skirt and short blazer! And again – my glasses, because I figured you like them and I want to keep showing them from time to time. A perfect look for all business ladies. ;)

I must say that I’m so happy with each single piece of this look. The blazer was such a lucky buy (it originally costs around €1000 and I got it for €250!) and looks amazing with any more elegant outfit. The skirt is the only pencil skirt ever to work for me and my figure because it’s tight enough around the knees. And the blouse is great because the cut fits (this is a EU 46 and it’s not too loose around the bust but still goes over my hips without any problems, yay!) and it looks so cool – a great basic to own! And yes, the glasses – did I ever tell you their story? I saw a woman on the train wearing them and was completely enchanted until I finally had the guts to ask her where she got them (just a few minutes before she left), and she was so kind as to let me write down the model number. I then found the glasses in Brazil but they were completely overpriced. In the end, I got them online at some no-name glasses store (lucky me – they were no fake).
