Sometimes, it has to be “too much” just in order to be on point. :) It all started with the skirt, two years ago at the Plus Size Fashion Days where I first saw it. There was actually a matching sweater available but it didn’t look good on me, so I kept looking for something to match. First, I ended up with → this look, but then I found the shirt I’m wearing here. And in December, I found the perfect headband to complete my “all glitter” style. And even though people like to say “less is more”, I’m pretty sure they all forgot how cool it is to wear such a look. I mean, yes, it’s a lot of glitter and I’m usually not that girly but somehow, I don’t think that this is a too girly look. And even if it looked too girly: so what? ;)

I know the different shades of pink are not exactly the same but to be honest, I think that this is what makes the look even more interesting. Plus those accents in black which give an edgy finish.

This winter, I kind of fell in love with striped sweaters. There’s → this cashmere piece and another one from the same brand that I found at the SALE and there’s today’s “Crazy Stripes” sweater from GAP, which is also a SALE find (call me the queen of bargains – whenever I shop, I always find a voucher or reduced pieces or even try to negotiate a bit, in a respectful way!) and therefore not available at the moment, sorry! I found a few nice alternatives, though:

Those bright rainbow stripes look great with anything, but I felt like the colors need to pop and so I went for all black around the sweater – plus a bright neon pink lipstick. Isn’t that a great combination? I’m also so, so happy to finally be able to wear my favorite hat again. It kind of looks weird with short hair but now it’s perfect again! ;)

This outfit would definitely also work with sneakers (like → those) but I feel like especially with my beloved Chewbacca jacket (at the end of this post, you can find other styles with it), it looks a little bit better with heels.

After all those super cozy winter looks, here’s a more extravagant and risky one. ;) It’s been almost 10 years since the Jimmy Choo x H&M collection launched in 2009 and I’m still wearing this jumpsuit from time to time. It has become a real classic in my closet and I’ll never give it away until it falls apart. :) It’s such a wonderful piece that keeps bringing me joy and all those sexy feels!

You’ve already seen loads of “all black” looks here on the blog and it’s something I really wear a lot but this time, I added something special: a blazer! I really don’t wear them often, unfortunately, cause most of them don’t suit me as well as this one. I’m pretty sad that Murek Hamburg is not on the market anymore because they created so many beautiful clothes and this blazer is one of them. By the way: it’s not as shiny as in the pictures – we’ve tried some special edgy editing for these photos! Somehow, this styling asks for it, right? I love that dark look. :)

The shoes are new and directly from Brazil – my mom got them for me when she went there last time in October. These are my first kitten heel shoes and the thing is, I was always afraid to wear them cause I believed that those short little heels look weird on me, especially cause of my plus-sized body. But here’s the proof that they don’t look weird at all. :) It’s definitely best to try things before refusing them. ;)

Last year, I finally opted for my first cashmere sweater. It was in the SALE and I’ve never worn a cashmere piece before (except for a beanie that keeps my head warm on super cold days), so it was also very exciting for me to put it on. And I truly fell in love with that cozy and soft fabric. Funnily, only a few days after that, C&A gifted me with a pair of grey → cashmere pants and let me say it like that: I feel like a fluffy little bundle of warm joy in that combo – but it’s clearly not one to actually go out (especially cause the pants are about three numbers too big, haha – but they’re the perfect home wear for icy winter days!), so I paired my sweater with some casual jeans and my teddy coat. Aaaaand my new winter boots – another SALE find and the best one ever, since I’ve been living in these boots for a few weeks now, they’re comfy, they’ve got perfect soles for snow and ice and they’re still super special and fashionable (and my love for pearls goes crazy with them!).

So, what you can see here, is a typical casual look that I love to wear every day. :) As I told you already, the last months actually brought me back to enjoying casual outfits and easy styles since I didn’t have all my clothes for more than half a year – and you’ve also read my → “new year, new me” post that certainly applies to my fashion me, too. But don’t worry, I’m still the extravagant person you all love – and there are some very exciting looks coming! ;)
