I’ve collaborated with persona and some fellow international bloggers for a special little summer project and my first #BeachBodyNotSorry post of this year. :)

By the way: you can already see the same swimsuit (but totally different evening looks) at → Susie, → Iris and → Theodora. Don’t hesitate to check the hashtag #mypersonasummerday on Instagram to see who else is sharing her beach look and how you can spend your summer day with persona. ;)

As a huge fan of African prints, this swimsuit was my first choice and since we all fell in love with the same suit, I had to buy it myself cause there was none left (the other girls were faster, haha – it-piece alert!), but I had this idea in mind and didn’t want to change anything. But that’s fine because now I’ve got another swimsuit for you to win today! It’s not the same one but a great basic swimsuit with lovely details, which will hopefully make a girl very happy and ready for this summer! ♥

At least by buying something from my own money (I know, people always think that bloggers get everything for free, so that’s why I’m mentioning this today!), I’m totally allowed to say that this was a good investment (but believe me – I never lie when it comes to gifted products!). It is a very cool swimsuit, of high quality and perfect for women with fuller figures (and those who have more bust than me – so they can fill out the cups, which you can also remove if you don’t like them). ;) This is definitely a swimsuit for every day and it also looks great if you want to incorporate it into your evening look – and that’s just how we’ll change the topic from the daytime beach look to evening chic. My idea was to bring the print back in with the pochette and add a neutral color (I love this very special purple-ish brown!) with the dress.

The good thing about this dress is that it’s very light – that’s why it is perfect for summer, warm evenings, BBQs outside or rooftop pool parties. You can also wear it without a belt, I just went for it because I love to accentuate my waist, but it definitely looks great without it too and the loose fit is even more comfortable. ;)

One of you can now win this swimsuit worth €135 in size L (EU size 46/48). Especially if you’ve got a larger cup size (I’d say it probably fits best with a D or E cup), you’ll love this swimsuit. ♥ All you have to do is leave a comment and tell me where you’d like to wear it – by Friday, June 24. The winner will be announced here and in the comment section and should write me an e-mail to receive the swimsuit. Please don’t forget to read the terms and conditions1 at the end of this blog post!

The winner is 202snoopy – congrats!

Skirt: H&M+
High Heels: YSL “Tribute”
Hat: H&M Divided
Earrings: Chanel
Bracelet: Hermès
Alternatives: ASOS Curve skirt,
New Look heels, ASOS hat

I know, black and white is nothing new here – but it is what it is: I just love this combination in every possible way. :) Today’s highlight piece is the shirt from persona by Marina Rinaldi, with a black leaves print and a few transparent details, it has a boxy fit and I just couldn’t resist styling it with my black (fake) leather skirt. I know, this outfit is probably something for fall season, but since the weather has been pretty weird these days (snow and horrible rain in April, crazy stuff – and right after the shower comes sunshine and rainbows, someone’s very confused up there!), I think it’s okay to show something that’s not completely summery. :) Even though I also love wearing black and white in summer. I mean – there’s no wrong time to wear it. ;)

I had the pleasure to style my very own persona by Marina Rinaldi look and therefore the chance to choose my favorite pieces of the latest collection. Since I really love Marina Rinaldi and the younger line persona by Marina Rinaldi, it was hard to make a choice. In the end I had three favorite outfits and let them choose which outfit they want me to shoot. :) Decisions are not my thing, haha!

They couldn’t have picked a better outfit, because I’m more than happy with these pieces. The pleated skirt is one of the most amazing skirts I’ve ever worn. It’s so wonderfully lightweight and it was so much fun to shoot it in the wind. You can get the skirt → here directly at persona or → here at navabi. I went for a EU size 44 and it fits perfectly, even a little bit loose around my waist.
The blouse is transparent and actually comes with a simple and plain white top that can be worn underneath. I chose a white body (from La Perla) because I liked the look better. I really fell in love with the blouse and its delicate floral lace design, which is very, very beautiful. I also chose size 44 here, even though blouses are always very difficult for me because of my large hips – luckily, I had no problems with the fit, it’s just perfect. You can get it → here.
To complete my look, I chose my black and white “Rockstuds”, which are the best possible match for the whole outfit, a huge hat (which was definitely no fun to shoot because it was so windy and I almost lost it a few times, but it just looks amazing, right?) and some silver details, like the belt and my earrings.

Honestly, I’ve been writing it a lot this year and I somehow think that it’s really a year of favorites, but this is another look to be called “one of my absolute favorites”. ;)

You know I’m always open for new things – this time, it’s a VERY different look (and to be honest, just an editorial for the blog – I went outside like this but didn’t wear it for shopping or something, but sometimes I like to shoot something only for the blog, so please don’t mind if there’s something that’s probably not too “everyday” every now an then!). Since the bomber jacket was already something new for me and it was not that easy to come up with ideas on how to wear it (gosh, I still wish it were a little bit shorter because I really love it!), I just did it and went for something that’s completely different from every other look here on the blog. I don’t even know how to describe it properly, I think it’s kind of ghetto and hip hop and also a bit 90s, so I don’t even want to write too much but let you guys see a very different side of me – definitely unusual, but I actually like it. :)

Oh, and: no Photoshop, as ALWAYS – that’s why you can see a bit of my stretch marks and that’s absolutely okay. I think it’s fine to wear cropped clothes whenever you feel like it, no matter what’s not “perfect” about your body. :)
