I’m actually not the biggest fan of the classic leopard print (you know, the brown one), but when it is a colorful one and/or abstract, I can’t resist. Also, since I love green (I think it is my favorite color, even though I like them all!), this dress was love at first sight. As always, I found it at TK maxx, so it’s last season, but if you have a look at eBay, I’ve seen it there! ;)

As you can see, the look is pretty basic – dress, belt, high heels, but I wanted something special and there’s nothing better than a special make-up! :) I tried to do a green-to-black eye liner and I’m happy with the result. I used Givenchy’s waterproof khôl in “jade” and my currently favorite black felt tip liner from Eyeko. And for that special twist, I went for a bold dark pink lipstick.

I also hope you all like the video – I think it’s one of my favorites! :)

When I was thinking about what I could wear for my friend’s wedding, this was one of my ideas. But I didn’t choose this one because I thought it’s too much. But I hope that there’ll be another occasion, maybe a summer party, where I can wear it because I really love this look and I felt like a summer princess in it (I think you can see my joy and the fun I had wearing it in the video!). :)

In the end, I went for a completely different outfit for the wedding (it was on Saturday!) and I’ll show it to you in one of my next outfit posts. I think that it was a good idea to wear something else than the obvious “black and chic” look because I still have that feeling that you shouldn’t really wear black for a wedding, even though it’s always a great choice. ;) I can’t wait to show you my look and I’m sure you’re going to love it as much as I did and still do. ;)

“When life gives you lemons,…” print them on a dress and wear it! ;) At least that’s what came into my mind when I saw this dress and I’d like to believe that this is exactly what Marina Rinaldi did. :)
The first time I saw a lemon print on a dress was at Dolce & Gabbana and I was really enchanted, but I had to choose and went for the → “Poppies & Daisies” dress. Since then, I’ve seen these fruits on many other dresses of numerous brands and I think it might be one of the big summer trends this year. Good thing I found this blouse dress which is rather minimalistic (no greens in this pattern) and so easy to wear! It just needed an underdress because it’s slightly transparent – I chose a white one, but I think one in your own skin color or even a yellow one would be a lovely choice too!

After last week’s → casual chic style, this is yet another one that’s mixed – but this time I went for a casual hat instead of shoes (just because the “Rockstuds” are – again! – a perfect match to the dress, I mean, if there’s white and black, they are destined to be worn with it, right?). This dress can definitely be styled both ways too, casually (maybe also with the flatforms) or chicly (just leave the straw hat), so you have all possibilities. :) It’s also very light and comfy – a great companion for summer. :)

I told you that I’m invited to my best childhood friend’s wedding this month and that it wasn’t easy to find the right outfit (I probably have 12 to choose from…). To be honest, I’m still not 100% sure if this will be my final choice, but I think I’ll wear it – maybe slightly different because I’ll probably change the shoes (still have to find an alternative because the “Rockstuds” are a perfect match, aren’t they? But they’re not comfy enough for the whole day and some bad ground…) and add a bag (I think it will be my “Lady Dior”), but this is the best version. :)

I found the dress because of → Zalando’s refreshed plus-size selection – they have given their plus-size page a new look and added some great brands and amazing new styles, including Studio 8, a brand which I was already following on Instagram, but didn’t know that they were available at Zalando. So this cooperation was a great thing for me and I hope that you’ll also find great clothes there. I’m adding a few pieces that I fell in love with (and maybe also some great looks for weddings!) for you to have a look, and I recommend that you browse the site for some lovely plus-size clothes. :)
