ENToday I want to show you a first fall look, wearing my favorite fuzzy gray cardigan – you can find a different styling in my new → Style Council article for navabi, for which I combined the jumpsuit with a black leather jacket, and my other fall favorites. :)

I already fell in love with this black-and-white wide-legged jumpsuit with giraffe print some time ago, but when I had the chance to take some pictures, the weather was already too bad to wear it without a jacket – so that’s my proof that you can still wear your favorite summer clothes when it’s colder. ;)
I actually really like the jumpsuit and it looks great – but in the pictures it unfortunately makes me look pretty heavy. That’s too bad, but sometimes photos show something else than reality. ;)

Overall, this is a pretty dark look as I wanted to wear some smokey eyes and kind of an undone hairdo which I wanted to look a little bit wilder than usual (my little helpers: Shu Uemura’s “Texture Wave”, Paul Mitchell’s “Dry Wash” and “Stay Strong”).

ENSomehow, I just had to show you the pictures of this easy, casual chic outfit with the wrap dress – only a few photos, but I really like them. And they’re a great filler, as I’m absolutely busy at the moment (we’re in crunch mode with our wedding plans now!) and we visited our families last weekend, so the blog suffered as a result of my little vacation. This weekend, we’re going to shoot a lot. I’ve got many things to photograph and I really hope that it will all work – anyways, I’ll finally be showing you new stuff and can’t wait to share it all with you. So today there’s only a little “consolation prize” with this beautiful dress. :)

Dress: Kiyonna
Platform Sandals: Gucci
Clutch: Gucci
Earrings: Topshop
Alternatives: ASOS Curve dress, Carvela sandals, French Connection clutch, Johnny loves Rosie earrings, Love Rocks earrings

ENYou have already seen my three styles with Kiyonna’s black wrap dress (and there’s actually a fourth look, even though it’s not with a LBD, as I wore → this dress in red in London) – this is my favorite style and that’s why I want to show you more pictures of it. ;)

When people ask me which styling advice I have for big women, I always say: a wrap dress. There’s a matching cut for everyone and it always makes a great shape – it accentuates already existing waists perfectly but can also create a waist if you haven’t got one. In my opinion, there’s nothing more feminine than a wrap dress and every woman should own one. :)

For this glamour look, I combined it with two gorgeous Gucci pieces: the sandals and their matching clutch in a vintage-metallic look with the most beautiful holographic shimmer (it’s unbelievably beautiful in the right light!) are just the right amount of glamour for a wonderful outfit for the evening. I even decided to go one step further and added my beloved statement earrings by Topshop, and I’m wearing a dark berry red not only on my lips but also on my nails.
