You know I’m always open for new things – this time, it’s a VERY different look (and to be honest, just an editorial for the blog – I went outside like this but didn’t wear it for shopping or something, but sometimes I like to shoot something only for the blog, so please don’t mind if there’s something that’s probably not too “everyday” every now an then!). Since the bomber jacket was already something new for me and it was not that easy to come up with ideas on how to wear it (gosh, I still wish it were a little bit shorter because I really love it!), I just did it and went for something that’s completely different from every other look here on the blog. I don’t even know how to describe it properly, I think it’s kind of ghetto and hip hop and also a bit 90s, so I don’t even want to write too much but let you guys see a very different side of me – definitely unusual, but I actually like it. :)

Oh, and: no Photoshop, as ALWAYS – that’s why you can see a bit of my stretch marks and that’s absolutely okay. I think it’s fine to wear cropped clothes whenever you feel like it, no matter what’s not “perfect” about your body. :)

I promised you to style a real outfit with the shirt. Here it is! And it’s been one of your absolute favorites on → Instagram. :) That’s why I’m very happy to show you even more pictures of the look.

Not only the Beth Ditto x Jean Paul Gaultier shirt has been a hit, but also the tulle skirt from Scarlett & Jo, which actually isn’t a real tulle skirt (and that’s why I love it even more). It’s a regular black skirt with a net layer on it. That’s what makes it even more special and gives it a more sophisticated look (instead of being too princess-like). The elastic waist band runs a little bit small, I’m wearing size UK 14/16 and since I’m more of a 16, one size up would be a bit more comfortable. So if you tend to be the bigger size of the two, you should consider buying a size up. ;)
Talking about the shirt – this is a 1XL and you’ve already seen it → here in full bloom. :) When I chose the skirt, I instantly had the idea to wear it with the corset tee because I think that the combination is just perfect. It also gives the shirt a very different look and I think it’s even more interesting like that. But of course it’s also great with leggings or your favorite jeans – and it even looks amazing on men! My blogger friend → Claus shows us in his post how he rocks that corset print! :)

There’s a new trend in town – bomber jackets! My blogger friend → Anna has already shown you three ways to wear them, today it’s my turn!

This jacket was a surprise gift from persona and a tough challenge. I had to ask my fashionable friends for some advice since I had never worn such a jacket before – not even as a kid! But then I just found out how to style it and “duh!”, no problems anymore. ;) Actually, I’m not very happy with its length – if I was a bit taller, it would definitely be easier to style it. But I’m still learning and this is my first look with it. I’ve already got a second, VERY different look with it that’s waiting to be blogged, and you’re going to see a very different side of me then. But this time, it’s all about a stylish and casual look, perfect for an afternoon in the city – which is where I wore it.

I’ve already shown my latest shopping haul on → Instagram – these amazing jeans from Forever 21 Plus. Thanks to our current cooperation, I finally gave their jeans a shot and it was a very positive surprise! These pants fit like a glove (even though I recommend taking them a size up maybe – I went for my usual EU 48 and I think they could be a little more loose at the upper hem, but that will probably be no problem after wearing them a few times) and they have the perfect length for short people like me (1.60 m).

For my casual day-to-night look, I chose something new: a vest. I don’t really like vests on me but after I saw this one, I wanted to give them a new chance. And as you can see, I like it (if not, I wouldn’t be showing this look) and it looks pretty good on me – at least that’s what I think. ;)
I also did something funny: the top I’m wearing is actually a skirt. Remember that I keep telling you that fashion is fun? Here’s an example! Why not make some pieces work for you in another way? :) And I’m pretty sure that if I hadn’t told you that it’s a skirt, you wouldn’t have even noticed, right? ;)

For daytime, these boots are absolutely perfect, they’re comfy and stylish. Of course you can also wear them at night, but maybe, if you want to make this look more sexy, you can go for high heels. ;)
