So, you’ve already seen what I wore on my way to the beach – this is the bikini I wore underneath. ;) I really love the dot combo and the different possibilities to wear them – there are also detachable straps for the bra and you can wear the bottom high-waisted or not, showing more of the bigger dots or not.
Fun fact: I’ve always been a fan of strapless bikinis, since I was a small kid at the beach in Brazil – I always wanted to wear everything strapless. :) And it hasn’t changed.

I know there should always be a little message in every #BeachBodyNotSorry post, but to be honest, I don’t really know what to say since I already said it all → last year. But today, I really want to point out again how important it is to not let other people’s possible (!) thoughts and reactions stop you from going to the beach or pool in summer. I mean – it’s been super hot these days (and pretty rainy, too) and I just can’t think of a summer hidden behind lots of clothes just to hide my body, and neither should you. Even if there’s something you don’t really like about yourself and your own body, there’s absolutely no need to wrap yourself in loads of long-sleeved shirts and pants, because, seriously, you’re going to melt and this is an even worse feeling than other people’s stupid looks. They’ll stare anyway (because we all do it, it’s natural!), so why not ignore it and wear whatever you feel like. And the beach is so much more fun when you’re wearing swimwear! Just don’t forget your sunscreen! ;)

I guess this is more of a pool-party outfit instead of a beach look, but we shot it at the beach, so that’s today’s post title. :)

I was ready for the beach with my new bikini (which I’ll show you in more detail next week!) but had to wear something for the walk there and wanted to wear those sheer beach pants that I bought → last year. I still needed a top and went for another sheer piece – that’s how the look was created. I thought it was funny to bring back the dots of the bikini, so I wrapped the upper part of the bikini bottom over the pants and went for a small dotted scarf around my neck. The hat is a nice accessory but also important when you want to protect your head from the sun. ;) This one is probably not the most beach-like choice but the best one for an all-black look. ;)

“When life gives you lemons,…” print them on a dress and wear it! ;) At least that’s what came into my mind when I saw this dress and I’d like to believe that this is exactly what Marina Rinaldi did. :)
The first time I saw a lemon print on a dress was at Dolce & Gabbana and I was really enchanted, but I had to choose and went for the → “Poppies & Daisies” dress. Since then, I’ve seen these fruits on many other dresses of numerous brands and I think it might be one of the big summer trends this year. Good thing I found this blouse dress which is rather minimalistic (no greens in this pattern) and so easy to wear! It just needed an underdress because it’s slightly transparent – I chose a white one, but I think one in your own skin color or even a yellow one would be a lovely choice too!

After last week’s → casual chic style, this is yet another one that’s mixed – but this time I went for a casual hat instead of shoes (just because the “Rockstuds” are – again! – a perfect match to the dress, I mean, if there’s white and black, they are destined to be worn with it, right?). This dress can definitely be styled both ways too, casually (maybe also with the flatforms) or chicly (just leave the straw hat), so you have all possibilities. :) It’s also very light and comfy – a great companion for summer. :)

This dress was love at first sight and I’m super happy that I got it, because it’s not only beautiful but also super comfy – especially thanks to its fabric, crêpe de chine, which feels so good on your skin in summer. :)
I totally fell in love with the shell print, it’s something very special and different and the different shades of blue look so cool with the beige and yellow highlights.
Since the dress is already a showstopper, I went for a casual chic style, wearing my flatform sneakers and a classic bag, and did a matching make-up with blue eyeliner. ;)
