Pretty late (this was shot in May) but better late than never – I’ve styled a boho festival look for sheego, using one of the Anna Scholz lace dresses of the last collection. Instead of wearing it with the white dress underneath, I went for a colorful bikini – since it’s never wrong to wear a bikini for a festival (you could get wet, right?) and it’s a very easy yet fun styling because of the see-through dress. You can always change the look of it by wearing something different underneath. Of course, that’s not an everyday look, especially because of the creative make-up, but it’s maybe an inspiration for one of the last open-air festivals or a nice idea for a look to end summer with a boom. ;)

The white lace dress from Anna Scholz for sheego is your perfect companion for festivals and summer and can easily be worn without the actual opaque dress underneath – the lighter the better! :) A straw hat not only protects your scalp from sunburns but is also a perfect accessory and the rough boots round off your boho style.

But I want to focus on my make-up today – as you already know it from Coachella & Co., creative looks are very popular at such music events. You can be as crazy as you want, from a glitter overload over flash tattoos up to colorful little rhinestones which you apply to your body – you can do everything! For my look, I’ve orientated myself towards my bikini which (unfortunately a little bit invisible under that amazing white lace dress) has a colorful parrot feather print on it and adorned it with white dots. Usually, the festival girls wear them diagonally over their brows – I wanted to do it differently and I think it’s pretty cool like that! For some glitter I applied a holographic eye liner over the black one – this creates some major blue sparkling and rounds off the whole look. Since the eyes are already the highlight of the look, the lips stay more natural with a brown shade – and you’re good to go with your boho style which is perfect for every festival.

[Werbung | Advertisement – I spent a night for free during an event in this hotel, but I wasn’t paid to write about it.]

It’s been some time since my last night in Berlin – luckily, this one was one of the best I’ve ever had. This post will be a high recommendation of the hotel, since I really loved my room and I also enjoyed the friendly staff (even though we barely had some contact, just during the check-in and check-out but they were extremely kind).

I love the kind of industrial style of the room and the fancy pictures of Berlin’s “Neptunbrunnen” on the lamps and also the bathroom window.

The bed was extremely cozy and I slept like a baby – which was much needed because the event’s party night was looong! Nevertheless, I also had some spare time in my room and spent the afternoon in bed, watching TV (they even have a few Sky channels), so I had the chance to enjoy it all a little bit, even though I had to leave for the evening/night.

Unfortunately, I had no time for breakfast but I’m sure it’s great. Anyways, I’ve got a special café recommendation for you: “Einstein Kaffee” at the Alexanderplatz – they have the most delicious cheesecake (it’s horribly pricey but totally worth it) and a wide range of coffee to choose.

I hope you’ll enjoy my impressions of the room!

It’s been some time! But I’m back with a new outfit. I hope to be able to finally shoot a little more but I hope you can still be a bit patient since I’m still here with only a handful of my clothes. Of course, I brought my all-time favorite with me – the “Modern Love” jumpsuit from Beth Ditto! You’ve already seen it a few times on the blog and I know it’s nothing new but this time it’s a very basic look which I upgraded with a special make-up (Urban Decay’s → “Naked Heat” palette is amazing, you should check it out!).

I wore this look for a ladies’ night out with my mom, the best date one can wish for and we had some delicious sushi. :) I hope you’re all enjoying the last days of summer to the fullest! I’ll try to shoot another #BeachBodyNotSorry look as soon as possible to finish this year’s project. I hope it was enough. :) And I hope that you all spent lots of time out in the sun, showing your bare arms and legs and your happy bellies in bikinis and swimsuits! Soon it’s time to cuddle up in warm clothes again…
