You already know this look from → my very personal post in collaboration with Dove – if you haven’t read it yet, please do so and you’ll get to know how I get ready plus some stories about blogging. ;)

I wanted to give this outfit an extra post because it’s so cool and already one of my favorites of the year! :) I’m kind of late at the fishnet trend, but at least I didn’t go for the “large fishnet under destroyed jeans” look so I can say that mine is a bit different – I haven’t seen that many colorful fishnet tights or socks under anything, so I’m proud to be showing you something in a bold red. And in order not to look too vulgar (even though I’m wearing a pretty hot catsuit – which I just used as improvised tights – underneath my jumpsuit, haha!), I went for an all-black look around them. Oh, and – of course – a red lace bra for the continuous peek-a-boo red. ;)

You already saw the jumpsuit a few times here on the blog (see below at “style it differently”!) and it’s still my absolute favorite. This time, I pulled up the legs so it looks a bit like a culotte and wore a cardigan over it because of the cold weather and because it simply rounds up the whole look. The (fake) leather details on it make it even more interesting, so this was a great choice. ;)

When I put this outfit together, it instantly reminded me of Carrie Heffernan (raise your hands, “King of Queens” fans!). I can’t say in which episode, but I somehow had the feeling I’d seen something quite similar on the show. So this is kind of a 90s look (and yes, I’m not that happy to say that because I’m a 90s kid and I know about all those horrible trends like Buffalo sneakers and tattoo chokers – and even though these trends keep coming back against my will, I must say that some of them are pretty cool) but I really love it! :)

Another thing about this outfit – and I can’t point it out often enough because we finally need to understand that it isn’t bad: #visiblebellyoutline – I have to say that it looks even more visible in the pictures than in real life, but hey, so what? You can see my belly! If you feel shocked or even disgusted, please know and finally understand that a belly isn’t something gross. Bellies are part of our bodies and seeing them shouldn’t make us feel bad and especially not make others puke. We need to stop focusing on that “I need to hide my ‘problem areas’” feeling! Our bodies aren’t problems! And fashion is not supposed to be a “hiding assistant”. ;) #nuffsaid

Today’s post could also be named “How to wear your summer dress in winter” – because this is one way to do so. :) Scarlett & Jo’s light and easy pocket dresses aren’t the best choice to wear right now because it’s horribly cold outside (especially when you’re standing on top of a parking lot at the airport – it definitely doubles the cold thanks to the wind!). But there are a few ways to leave your summer dresses in the closet and make them wearable in cold temperatures.

My look adds a warm chunky knit cardigan, warm tights and overknee boots. And for that extra splash of color: my bag love, the fuchsia “Miss Dior” (it always makes me happy when I wear it – also because of the color!), and green earrings, plus some bold make-up. ;)

This time, I was smart enough to get → the dress one size smaller than usual. I’m wearing a UK 14 because I learned that this cut (you already know it from → this dress and also → this one – I just wore them off the shoulder because they were loose enough) is very loose around the bust and since mine isn’t that big, I can size down for a better – the actual – fit. Good idea, because now it really works for me! ;)

Christmas is coming! Time for a shiny yet casual look which you can wear for almost every occasion! Less isn’t always more, that’s why I’ve decided to do a glitter all over look for today’s outfit. :)

When I first saw the skirt at the Plus Size Fashion Days, I knew I had to buy it. I’m usually not so much of a glitter girl, but sometimes (especially during the holidays) I somehow turn into someone who needs a bit of sparkling clothes. ;) Well, this time I totally exaggerated – but I love it. :)

I’m so happy to see that → Scarlett & Jo is doing some tops at the moment. They’ve added this → gorgeous lurex tunic to their collection, together with a few simpler tops but also this → utterly beautiful kimono (NEEEEED!). I’ve already received many compliments for this sparkling top and I can definitely recommend it to you, it’s simply perfect – and also looks great with jeans! ;) I’m wearing a UK size 14 (EU size 42), which means a size smaller than usual because it’s just a top, and it fits just right!

Of course I had to do a matching make-up and kind of felt old-school because years ago I was only doing colorful make-ups and now I prefer natural looks, even though I love colors on my eyes. I truly adore these pink and purple shades and they compliment the outfit as best as possible. I even added some loose silver glitter to my lids because here, too, it just couldn’t be enough glitter… ;)

For that special casual touch (and because it was horribly cold and windy when we shot these pictures, even though the sun almost blinded me!), I wore a super chunky knit cardi (one of my best buys ever some years ago).
