All black is my all-time favorite. I’d even say that it’s the most sophisticated look a fashionista can wear and if you add that little special extra (in my case it’s the bright red matte lip color), you’ll look stylish as hell. ;)

Culottes were one of the most interesting clothing pieces of last year. I think they are pretty nice and very versatile, you can create extremely cool looks with them and even though you’re almost wearing shorts in winter, you’ll still stay warm enough. Normally, culottes are a bit longer, but I had mine shortened a little more than usual because I think that I’m actually a bit too short to wear them in calf length. I guess that’s the best style of them for me. :)

I went for an all-black look, wearing a very cozy and comfortable sweater and almost flat boots. My favorite vintage coat is my best friend in winter – you’ve already seen it a lot here on the blog. And its texture somehow even matches my boots. It’s all about the details, right? ;)

I love surprise packages – especially when there’s something so beautiful inside! :)

Scarlett & Jo, one of my favorite plus-size brands, finally has its own online shop and I’m proud to present one of their gorgeous dresses today. :)

It’s also one of my Christmas outfit ideas – I guess velvet is one of the most Christmassy fabrics ever and red (in this case, it’s a magenta red which sometimes looks more pink or more purple, depending on the light) is also a great color for that special time of the year. :)

This dress is incredibly perfect – the color, the cut (love the fishtail hem!), the sweetheart neckline, the quality,… everything! It’s very formfitting, so I’d recommend wearing some Spanx underneath for a smooth silhouette, but the small ruffles in front conceal your little Christmas roast belly, so no worries. ;)

For my personal touch, I wore it with an old belt from Zara, matching my headband. I felt like a princess during our shoot and to be honest: it’s just that little bit of sparkling that makes the outfit complete. Even though the dress is already beautiful without any extras. ;)

Today, I’ve got something special for you guys – last weekend, we shot my favorite look of the → Chica Bolacha collection I modeled for in Brazil back in September. That’s because the collection is about to launch and since it’s cold up here in Germany – while it’s summer in Brazil (I’m sooo jealous – it’s snowing while I’m writing this post!) – I wanted to do a winter version of my favorite skirt (mer-kitties!!!) and top that I brought home with me. So instead of just adding a pair of heels, I went for a fuzzy cardigan and boots, plus my favorite fall/winter accessory: a hat. :)

And because this is a very special occasion and I’m also honored to be the first of Chica Bolacha’s → “Chica Girls”, there’s also a funny interview, which I translated for everybody who doesn’t understand Portuguese. So while enjoying the pictures, have some fun reading my answers! ;)
