Bye-bye February, hello March! It’s time for my monthly recap and that’s what happened in February…

The month started with a small revolution – Barbie now has different body types like tall, petite and curvy. Edition F wanted to collect a few bloggers’ opinions on that and I wrote a whole article, which you can read → here (in German).
Also, there’s an interview with me in the great Curvaceous Redemption Magazine – they chose me as “Fashion Blogger of the Year 2015” and I’m very, very happy about this. The interview is in English, you an read it → here on page 50.
Since February is my birthday month, I made myself a very special gift – I finally own a piece of one of my favorite designers, Dolce & Gabbana. A first outfit (of many) with it will be online soon, until then you can have a look at it → here. :) #happygirl
Not very life-changing, but I’m back at gel nails since my natural nails keep breaking and I just hate that. It’s been some time since I last had them, at the beginning of the blog (wow, they → looked horrible!), and I also tried to → do them myself once, but that’s nothing the world wants to see. It was hard to find someone here in Hamburg to do my nails because in my opinion, almost all nail studios do some pretty ugly work and the very few that look good are way too expensive. I finally found someone who does it at home and she’s great. You can see my first very natural nail design (called “Babyboomers”) → here.
After flying to London in January, I had a very bad experience on my flight back with easyJet. I’m still trying to get my money back for a “service” that was absolutely impudent. I → left them a note on their Facebook page without a satisfying result and now they received a request for payment by post which is due this Friday. Anyways, here’s my advice: never fly with easyJet. Major rip-off!
February 23 was my birthday and – like every year – I spent it with my family and friends. We had some delicious lunch in a restaurant in my home town, played two rounds of Laser Tag (and I almost won, made the second place!) and went out for sushi in the evening. Perfect day. :)
But what left me very sad was leaving. I truly love Hamburg and I actually don’t want to live anywhere else, but since my family and friends live so far away (about 6 hours by car), I really, really miss them.
March will be a calm month, only few events and collaborations are planned and after my birthday week at home, which was pretty stressful (having to drive around to see everyone and eat a lot, haha!), I can use some relaxed days. I think I’ll visit my masseur and at the end of March, I also got an appointment at my hairdresser’s (which will be much needed because my hair keeps growing so fast).
