It’s finally spring again and this means: outfits, outfits, outfits! As you can imagine, for the blog, spring is the best time for photos and creating new outfits which you don’t have to make wearable at super cold temperatures. Bare legs, bare feet, bare arms – there’s nothing better! We’ve been super busy shooting loads of new looks for the blog and yes, I’ve been pretty lazy when it comes to other blog posts. So before you have a look at this recap of the month, please think about what you’d like to see more on the blog and let me know. ;)

• My March •
My proudest moment of March was when → my skirt for mable was finally launched on the 18th – it’s been such a great experience to be able to design something and have a great designer by my side for this first try of something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. I’ve put so much love into all this, especially the photos, for which we really searched a long time to find a special location! And this is something that comes right out of my mind and from my heart and it’s kind of a piece of me. But as proud and happy as I am that my own piece of clothing is finally available, I’m very sad because there was almost no feedback. I know that I’m not in a position to expect everybody to love everything I do, but I’ve always been honest and want to be honest today too: it made me sad that after posting something that’s so important to me, I received almost no comments while the next outfit right after the skirt, a simple red dress (and yes, I love it but for me, as someone who loves to play with fashion, it’s kind of boring), drew so much attention from you and you all got totally crazy about this dress while “my” skirt was totally overlooked and obviously not interesting for you. Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy that you loved it, but especially after something so important, it kind of hurt me. Well, I just wanted to tell you about my feelings about all this because even though you just know me through a screen, I’m still a person with feelings and you are the ones who are able to make me happy when I post something I’m proud of or something I really feel the need to share with you and would love to hear your opinions on.
At the end of March, I went to a very special photo shoot in Munich. I’m not sure how much I’m allowed to tell you, but I’m going to be in the “Shape” magazine, expected to be on shelves in July.
And since this is a personal little space about my March – I was a very happy kid on March 30, when a very special computer game was finally released. I don’t know how many of you know how much I love “Monkey Island”, but if you don’t: I’m obsessed with this game. And that’s why I was very excited for the release day of “Thimbleweed Park”, a new game by Ron Gilbert and Gary Winnick – the guys who designed “Monkey Island” and “Maniac Mansion”. Of course I’ve already played the game and I’m absolutely in love with it! I know it’s not the main topic of the blog but if you want, I’d happily write a review of the game. Let me know if you’re interested!
I’m currently planning this year’s #BeachBodyNotSorry project. So if you’re a swimwear designer reading this, feel free to contact me! :) In the end of April, I’ll be at my hairdresser’s and probably turn blonde again – we’ll see! So far, nothing else is planned yet…
